The Operation and Maintenance Department maintains public utilities and facilities and community areas within Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD). This Department is in charge of the operations and maintenance of municipal facilities that residents and businesses use everyday.
The O & M Department is responsible for:
- Public Utilities
- Streets/Bikeways
- Buildings/Custodial
- Parks/Landscape
- Refuse/Recycling
- Fleet Management
- Treatment Plants
- Flood Control
- Traffic Devices
- Security/ Safety
- Graffiti Removal
- Street Sweeping
The Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD) currently contracts with Southwest Water Company to maintain water, wastewater and storm water systems. Gas, telecommunications and electricity are private enterprises.
