Through careful planning, the MHCSD has created a community that provides
homes, retail and public facilities with an advanced digital broadband
telecommunications network. Through a partnership with Comcast, Mountain
House offers a full package of video-based services, on-demand interactive
multimedia applications, voice and data services, and information services
to every person living or working within the community.
Each home in Mountain House has whole-home structured tech wiring for family
networking and potential future fiber optics. The “tecCenter” in each home, usually
located in the master bedroom closet, serves as the operational hub for these
advanced technological features.
